Before you start the internship placement process, you must apply first and get accepted. During the placement process, you will be working with our program advisor who will organize interviews with our large network of real estate firms in Asia.

Entry into the real estate field depends on education, training, and interests. Most people begin as sales trainees in a brokerage firm. Other possibilities include office assistant, listing or rental agent, assistant in a department of a large real estate organization, or in the mortgage division of a bank or savings and loan.

Foreigners and locals alike are taking advantage of China and India’s burgeoning economy, bringing into the table new business concepts and ideas. There is no arguing that China and India are becoming the most important places when it comes to today’s business world. However, for those lacking the experience in the Indian or Chinese market, a deeper understanding about the customs and processes is required.

During your real estate internships abroad, you will review financial investment property statements. You will also assist with preparing crucial brokerage documents. You will be involved in all aspects of the real estate industry in China and India.
