Every year, Next Step Connections places hundreds of highly motivated students and young professionals into companies across many different industries in some of Asia's most exciting cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Mumbai.

Since 2007, NSC has built up a solid reputation when it comes to organizing international internships and other career related programs for students from around the globe.

NSC has built partnerships with some of the world’s most prestigious and successful companies across 25 different industries. NSC's employer network has been recently estimated to reaching over 2,500 companies in Asia.

We carefully select our partner companies when it comes to placing students for internships. At the same time, NSC recruits and screens every participant who applies to ensure a good fit and that they meet the standards of our employers.

Host An Intern

NSC recruits and screens every student who applies to ensure they meet the standards of our employers, which could include minimum proficiency in a given language, previous applicable employment experience, references, or any other qualifications you expect from interns. From there, employers receive only resumes that meet their desired qualifications. Previous internships, grade point average, leadership, diversity, and communication skills are just some of the facets our Applications Committee takes into consideration.

NSC takes the time to closely monitor its participants during their internship to identify successes and challenges.
