While traditional gap year programs are more focused on volunteering, we are actually organizing real work experience in Asia. Gap year students represent about 15% of our yearly participants. They are students like you, who have just graduated from High School and are looking for a life-changing experience before starting University. Our gap year students have worked at large advertising firms, law firms, primary schools, finance companies, business magazines and more.
As an example, Monika Lutz spent part of her gap year interning at a fashion design company and at a large advertising company in Shanghai during winter 2010. As an American gap year student touring the world, she got quite a bit of international press coverage.
