Real Estate Internship
Entry into the real estate field depends on education, training, and interests. Most people begin as sales trainees in a brokerage firm. Other possibilities include office assistant, listing or rental agent, assistant in a department of a large real estate organization, or in the mortgage division of a bank or savings and loan.
During your real estate internship, you will review financial investment property statements. You will also assist with preparing crucial brokerage documents and be involved in all aspects of the real estate industry in Asia.

Samuel Santana (United States, 2013), Chapman University, Retail and sales internship in Commercial Real Estate industry
In my host company, I had to determine locations, help develop presentations for potential businesses and research city malls for potential tenant spaces. It was very exciting experience and I learned a lot about the market and working in Shanghai for 8 weeks. I will take what I have learned and implement when I enter the work force.
