All our internships are tailor-made. We are the only organization which focuses on finding the right internship for our applicants. Once you apply to our program, you will be able to tell us exactly what you are looking for. We will then work with you one on one to find the internship that fits your future career goals. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you.

Flexibility!
Start dates are available throughout the year so you can participate in this program when it fits your schedule!

Full time opportunities!
Opportunities to work full time after your internship ends. (52% of our students who are in their last year or recently graduated and want to stay in their internship city, received a job offer at the end of their internship)

Ongoing support!
Participants are always welcomed to call us during working hours from Monday to Friday. We will be happy to take your call and answer any questions you may have, whether it is about your placement or other components of the program. If you wish us to speak to parents or other decision makers regarding participation in this program, we are more than happy to help. We are here to help guide you throughout the process and see this as a great opportunity for you to be independent. We will give you all the resources you need to have a successful time abroad and give you as much freedom as you want so you can make this experience your own!

Access to the best internships in Asia!
At Next Step Connections, we do love networking. We have built a huge network of companies to ensure that our participants are well matched in their placement. We have been working with a majority of the same companies in China for over four years now and have created strong rapport and business relations within all. We visit each company in advance and provide each intern with a job and company description before they arrive at the company. We secure internships for our applicants in the industry of their choice. We also ensure there is an on-site English speaking staff member at each company for our interns to liaise with regarding any concerns or questions they may have.

An international team (from USA, France, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, China) that understands the difficulties of adapting to a new city and will do everything they can to ensure a smooth transition. Our teams have been trained to ensure that interns are well looked after and are able to contact us 24 hours a day. 80% of our team has studied, lived, or worked abroad and, therefore, understand how you feel going through this process. Our vision is to assist our applicants to find what they want to do in the future career through the internship experience.
